Got a free upgrade to a higher room category and a surprise fruit basket on arrival. Location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the city. Beautiful view from the room on the upper floor.

The room was still not good enough for the higher category and had very poor facilities which were a struggle for our family. The noise in the room was unbearable all night, coupled with a faulty air conditioning system and creaking floors.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with several attractions nearby and easy access to public transportation. the room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was modern and had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

The parking facilities were quite limited.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free upgrade to a better room category. the room had two double beds, which was ideal for my family. the hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and shopping areas. It was helpful to have everything within walking distance.

There were also some downsides to the stay. the room had no accessible power outlets, which made it difficult to use any electrical appliances such as kettles.
